Saleforce Project Manager

Remote ● Full-Time

Role Summary

The GoGiles Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing Salesforce-based solutions for all clients in the US Market.

You are an organized, detail-oriented individual who excels in team communication and project planning. You collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes developers and business analysts to execute polished deliverables. You oversee Salesforce projects from start to finish, managing and motivating team members, writing project proposals and requirements, and leading customer presentations. You ensure quality, on-time completion of all projects, support services and verbal commitments. You provide useful oral and written project status updates and presentations as necessary.

To be a successful GoGiles Project Manager you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques, Salesforce, and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately a top-notch Project Manager should have excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Discussing projects and their parameters with clients, executives, business analysts, developers and all relevant stakeholders 

  • Planning out the blueprints for Salesforce Implementations,  including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

  • Assembling and leading the project team

  • Participating in and supervising each stage of the project

  • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines

  • Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible

  • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion

  • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests

  • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information

  • Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance

  • Clear, concise writing to convey technical information to internal team and clients

Salary

$55,000-$75,000/year, DOE
